“Now, I announce you Man and Wife.” Usually, for couples with Vietnamese-bride and foreigner-groom, the marriage is all taken care of by the bride, so our team has a close distance to the groom as well. This time is no exception to our groom Alex. Well, now I as their wedding planner would like to write about a small gift, which is the bridge between us and this man’s soul, the book that he published himself. Alex’s surname is Awanata, in Indonesian it stands for “turtle”, a book is about the journey and the truth of the tortoise symbol and the firm, also the life of Alex. Standing in front of me is a calm gentleman, so it is hard to imagine how this person has experienced the crises from the past. Remaining now is a calm, happy, and filled man with gratitude for life. And the book was given to all family guests and friends to attend the wedding party as sincere thanks. In that book, Alex has devoted endless thanks to the relatives and friends who have accompanied him, and of course to the most important person, the bride Ngoc Dung, who brought him love and strength. Ngoc Dung bride looks like a beautiful goddess with a fresh, assertive and honest soul. From the first time we met, the natural way of speaking and the sweet Southern girl voice made us feel closer. Despite being a modern girl, Dung always loved the traditional beauty of Vietnamese culture and wanted to bring it to international friends, so in each ceremony, the details of the homeland were brought in to combined. The evening ceremony took place in the familiar space of Rex Hotel’s Vertical garden, which was redecorated with greenery theme. The guests are also kept happy memories through cute shots hanging on the memory tree. It was great to have mutual friends, when her world is more open, where those who love him also become people who love her and vice versa. Through the sincere words of the the beloved friends in that party, we can see that their contribution has tempered the maturity of Alex and nurtured Ngoc Dung by love.
